don't bounce off the bluff 



My Aha! I at last understood that at the first indication of inadequacy on an eating methodology, I bounce off the bluff and desert whatever most recent thing I'm on. On the other hand, in my business life, when I stagger, I don't bounce off the precipice (If I did, I might be out of work). Rather, I harden my purpose and recommit myself to my objectives. Since changing my disposition, I am no more extended on an eating regimen, I am gradually making advancement and am hopeful about my enduring fitness objectives. I likewise revel in my occassional treats rather than feeling negative and pummeling myself over them. I see light. :)
